Dalia Vernikovsky has more than 20 years in business development, product development and sales for capital equipment and critical materials for the semiconductor industry.
A long-time sales engineer and ultimately vice president for strategic account management for Greene,Tweed & Co., she was successful in developing a $90-million market share for high-performance o-rings with major OEMs and end users over a 15-year period. During this span, she established Chemraz as industry-leading original equipment and spares incumbent.
Prior to joining Applied Seals NA, Inc. – a subsidiary of GMORS, a privately held company based in Taiwan – she served as vice president of strategic account development for Brooks Automation, where she headed up global operations with Intel. Her tenure at Brooks also included development of strategic initiatives with leading capital equipment OEMs.
Ms Vernikovsky is a past member of the SEMI Sales and Marketing Executive Council and former chair of SEMI Standards for polymeric applications. In that role, she wrote SEMI standard #3205 addressing elastomeric product challenges. She holds a B.S. degree in business management from Colorado Technical University and has written eight technical papers on o-rings.

Miller Wen, heads up the sales and engineering team at Applied Seals Taiwan, the first Taiwan based seal component company that is qualified by US major semiconductor OEMs. A key member of the Applied Seals board team, he helped establish the world class O-ring manufacture facility in Lu-kang Taiwan. He creates a new era of sealing component supply chain eco systems with extensive knowledge in research and development in the US and cost efficiency manufacture in Taiwan.

Michael Gough

Mike Gough has more than 15 years of global finance experience including responsibility for monthly financial reporting and analysis, international consolidations and audit coordination for startup and established corporations. He has worked on venture financing for several companies dealing with investment bankers, strategic and venture capitalists and helped coordinate a major merger between two companies in the semiconductor space. Mr. Gough is also a tenured business/accounting instructor at DeAnza College and has been an instructor/lecturer for Notre Dame de Namur University's MBA program.
He holds an M.B.A. BA (cum laude) from Santa Clara University and an M.A. from Notre Dame de Namur University.

Malcolm Rollason

Malcolm Rollason has more than 27 years experience within the printed circuit board industry, working for the global leader US Union Tool in the manufacture and supply of metal cutting tools to large OEMs and end users across the North American and Canadian marketplace.
His extensive career has encompassed management in areas of manufacturing, product design, customer service, logistics, technical sales, OEM and end user account management for companies including IBM, Cray Research, Cray Computer and HP.

Wei Chen

Chen brings to Applied Seals his experience in high-vacuum valve design, testing and failure analysis for semiconductor and solar applications, which he gained working at SMC Corporation of America, a provider of pneumatic products for the automation industry. Chen is a certified fluid power pneumatic specialist, solid modeling specialist and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing technologist. He earned his master of science degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University.

Jon Chang
Mechanical Engineer

Jonathan Chang has an MS in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Maryland and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the National Chiao Tung University of Taiwan. Jon has experience with various analytical testing and characterization methods. His research and development supports finite element modeling for MEMS devices, learned with Polymer Physics as well as Nanotechnology, and will be quickly adapting to our FEA efforts as well.
